Insured Patients
We will submit dental claims for our patients. However, this requires presenting a dental card or complete printout of benefit information. If you do not have this information with you at the time of service, you can expect to pay in full for services rendered. We will provide you with a form to submit the claim yourself. When we receive this information we can submit the claim and assign benefits to you.
Uninsured Patients
Regardless of your insurance situation, we will assist you with submitting insurance claims. Proper information needs to be presented at the time of appointment, and we ask that all copay and deductibles are paid at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
If you wish to make monthly payments, we offer financing through CareCredit. CareCredit offers 0 percent interest for up to 12 months
Insurance Policy
We file insurance as a courtesy to our patients. We are contracted with Delta Dental of OK only. It is your responsibility to take care of any unpaid balances. Please be prepared to pay for any deductibles and copayments at the time of your visit. Be sure to ask about your discount when paying for your appointment.
